Qserve ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ControlX ERP platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our internal enterprise system.
Information We Collect
ControlX ERP collects information necessary for business operations, including employee names, email addresses, login credentials, and activity logs within the platform. We also collect data related to client records, station information, contracts, offers, and service history as part of normal business operations.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: authenticate and authorize team members, manage sales offers and client contracts, track installation and maintenance operations, generate financial reports and invoices, and improve the platform's performance and reliability.
Data Protection
All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. Access to the platform is controlled through role-based permissions — each team (Sales, Installation, Maintenance, Accounting) can only access data relevant to their work. Authentication is handled via secure JWT tokens with automatic expiration.
Data Sharing
Qserve does not sell or share personal data with third parties. ControlX ERP is an internal business tool, and all data remains within the organization. Client information is used solely for managing business relationships and service delivery.
Data Retention
Business records including contracts, offers, and service logs are retained for the duration required by Saudi Arabian commercial regulations. Employee account data is retained for the duration of employment and removed upon request after departure.
