These Terms of Service govern your use of the ControlX ERP platform operated by Qserve. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Access & Authorization
ControlX ERP is an internal enterprise platform. Access is granted only to authorized Qserve employees and contractors. Each user is assigned a role (Sales, Installation, Maintenance, or Accounting) with specific permissions. You must not share your login credentials or attempt to access areas outside your assigned role.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ControlX ERP only for legitimate business purposes related to your role at Qserve. You must not: attempt to bypass security controls, modify or delete records outside your authorization, export client data for personal use, or use the system in any way that could compromise its integrity or availability.
Data Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information you enter into the system, including client records, offer details, installation reports, and maintenance logs. Inaccurate data entry can affect business operations, financial reporting, and client relationships.
Confidentiality
All information accessed through ControlX ERP — including client data, contract terms, pricing, and internal operations — is confidential. You must not disclose this information to unauthorized parties, whether during or after your employment with Qserve.
System Availability
Qserve aims to maintain high availability of the ControlX ERP platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. Critical maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
Qserve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the ControlX ERP platform. The platform is provided "as is" for internal business use.
Changes to Terms
Qserve reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of ControlX ERP after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
